Helen Arkell Dyslexia Centre

A registered charity with a focus on dyslexia, Helen Arkell opened it's doors in 1971. Encompassing a whole spectrum of learning, Helen Arkell allows dyslexics to learn about themselves, their challenges and how they can compensate for them. The centre also offers sessions for teachers and educationalists to come and learn about dyslexia strategies which will enable their students to achieve their full potential. Anybody, child or adult alike, is welcome at Helen Arkell.

THE BRIEF - Helen Arkell asked us to create a promotional video and a handful of personal stories to help market the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Centre which provides high standard assessments and support for both children and adults with dyslexia.

THE SOLUTION - We organised the shoot using an all dyslexic cast and came up with a concept that allow us to film real reactions. The idea was simple but powerful and uses a simple yet concise metaphor to communicate the issue. The videos were released on 'National Dyslexia Awareness Week' and will be used as a way of driving traffic to the new Helen Arkell website.

"RMP advised us on what we needed to produce to promote our brand. They came up with the creative ideas, gave us detailed storyboards and the final products speak for themselves" - Sam Mabbott, Business Development Manager
